Many of you have brought up issue of parcel theft especially in new build developments as regular occurrence. 

When ordering online – try to arrange for deliveries to be collected either personally or a neighbour, instead of leaving them on doorstep unaccounted for – making it an easy target for potential thief.

If you can’t arrange for parcel to be collected by a person – major delivery providers such – offer secure delivery locations called lockers where only authorised recipient can get access to. 

Parcel delivery drop box – these boxes allow the delivery to be placed into a secure box.

Smart doorbell or domestic use CCTV add another layer of protection.
